Status field in RM should be synced to Smartsheet and vice-versa

Some conventions and mapping should be put in place to make it possible for those who want this functionality.

Great idea - when a task is in progress, completed, etc. would be helpful to see that in RM - or if the task is set to complete in RM have that update sent the other way 👌
