How do I share questions and answers with everyone that submits a question on a form I created?

I am doing a presentation. There will be a period for questions from the audience. I also created a qr code that goes directly to my smart sheet form. I want share the questions and answers with everyone that submits a question on my form.

Where are the questions and answer located?

You can create an automation that will send a link with the questions and answers to whoever submits the form.

I created a QR code that links to a smartsheet form I created. This will allow the attendees to ask questions after the session. Others may have the same question or something similar. I want everyone to see the questions that asked after the presentation along with the answers I will provide. Saving the possibly of answering the same question multiple times.

I would provide a QR code that goes to a published dashboard. On the dashboard would be a report that shows all questions asked/answered as well as a web content widget where the form is displayed for users to fill out (or a shortcut widget to the form).

Sorry for the grammar typos. I want everyone to see the questions that "were" asked after the presentation along with the answers I will provide. Saving the "possibility" of answering the same question multiple times. My presentation is on 7.20.2023.

Right. So create a report from the sheet. Drop that onto a dashboard along with a link to the form or a web content widget providing the ability to fill out the form. Then have people visit the published dashboard so they can see the already asked questions before they fill out the form.

I published the dashboard, but I only want the people who submit the questions to have access to the dashboard. How do I get the link to automatically give that person access once they submit their question?

You would take the published dashboard URL and set the form to take the user to that URL upon submission.
