I would really like the ability to merge cells in Smartsheet like excel. I tend to have to reformat a lot of excel data to have it show a specific way on the dashboards.
I agree, being able to merge cells in Smartsheet would be very helpful. We often have information that is a sub-category and currently you would either have the main category duplicated multiple times or leave that cell blank. Also, being able to merge cells would allow for images to cross multiple cells. Thanks!!
Another vote from me on this subject!
Is this been looked at, at all?
Merging cells is a must.
+1 VOTE on this matter.
Could we have the ability to merge multiple cells in a row into one cell.
Agreed with the previous comments, being able to horizontally merge cells would greatly improve my experience
+1 here - please let merge happen
(auto save would also be great...)
Another vote for Merge Cells!

it would be great if there was an option to merge cells to create better looking reports on dashboards.
Thanks for considering!
Adding my vote for this functionality, would be incredibly helpful!

Description: When users upload multiple photos in one action via the Smartsheet iOS mobile app, all files are assigned the same generic name and timestamp. This makes it difficult to identify individual photos and creates confusion in workflows that rely on accurate, unique file naming. Why This Matters: Industry Standard:…
Our consistent experience is that Smartsheet objects can take anywhere from 5-20 seconds to load. This feels extremely slow when you're actively facilitating a call and working between sheets, waiting for it to load. Other solutions in the industry have extremely fast, sub-5-second load times. I would request the product…
