I want to change just one sheet, not all. I have moved it to a workspace. Anyone have any ideas as to whether this is possible? So far, my experience would say no!

This will change for all the sheets except those located in workspaces.
You want to change colur scheme and logo for just one sheet.
Then you can move just this sheet to workspace.
Then use Workspace colors and logo help link at
http://help.smartsheet.com/customer/portal/articles/506687
It will change for all the sheets in the workspace.
In your case make sure that there is only one sheet in the workspace, because you want to change settings for just one sheet.
