Notify SS users of past-due items with consolidated list of action items
What's the best process for notifying people on past-due items? We want to set up one email notification per action item/owner or one with a consolidated list of action items per owner. Would it be possible to group them into two sections in the email, one for past-due items and one for upcoming items within the next few days/week?

@Genevieve P. , I've read your excellent content on here and figured out how to allow separate notification emails for each past-due item, but was unable to group items into one consolidated email per owner.

You could set it up to run on a recurring basis. The trigger would be date based and then you would select the option to set up a custom recurrence. From there you can set it up for as frequently as daily with a number of other options.

We're able to send separate emails for past-due and upcoming action items, but were wondering if there's a way to send ONE email with a combination of both?
Attached is email 1 & 2 plus the workflow that we used. We would like to combine these emails into one communication.

The way to do this would be to add 2 Condition Blocks, the first one with your two date conditions and an OR between them, then a separate block that specifies the Status:
