We have created a simple workflow that informs us on Assignemtn changes via E-Mail. Due to the fact that workflows sit inside a sheet, we now have to update every workflow in every sheet when there is a change needed to the flow. This is already super tedious with 25 projects and growing.
Tbh, it should be a no-brainer that workflows run on a higher level and take all sheets (with certain filter criteria) into their scope and don't sit on the item level (sheet). not sure how this should be maintainable otherwise
so please, try to implement that workflows can sit e.g. on a folder or workspace level and take all content within that scope into account
