Possibility to Copy multiple values from one field to another in a Form.

We have a case that in one multiple choice dropdown field there are quite many values column ABCD it would be great if it was possible by marking all (CTRL+A) copy (CTRL+C) them to field COLUMN EFGH by (CTRL+V).
