Custom messages changed??
I have custom messages set up through automation with select fields to send to people. Recently, they stopped getting ALL the selected fields in their message and started receiving about 6 fields in the message with a link to open the worksheet. Is there a way to change this back?

Have you double checked the automations? Are they still set up the same way they were before, or does it look like maybe some of the settings were changed by someone?

We haven't changed the automation since set up (over 8 months ago). The email recipients alerted me of the format change a few days ago. we did a little test on our end...the email will now only show 15 selected fields and then have a link to the sheet to see any more fields. It used to show all fields selected, no matter the number. odd change?

I haven't seen any release notes on something like that.
@Genevieve P. I know there was an update to automations that now allow us to alter who the sender is. Was there some additional tweaks to automations that we missed an announcement for?

A recent change was made to this new structure, and I also remember some other users also wanted it to be reverted.

Yes, that is exactly what I'm experiencing. The team that counts on getting all the information in the email can now only see 15 rows. Are there plans to change it back or provide format options?

There are no current plans to change the Update request or Approval request emails, however you can provide your feedback to the Product team (explaining what it is you need to see in those types of emails) in the Idea post linked above.
