How to link attachments with Smartsheet rows

I have multiple rows in a Smartsheet and each row has multiple attachments. I backed up my Smartsheet, backup contained an excel sheet and a folder containing all the attachments. All the attachments are named same how they were attached in the Smartsheet.
If I no longer have access to the Smartsheet and have to use the backup to retrieve the information than there is no way for me to link the right attachment with the Smartsheet row.
Can attachment reference be added to the Smartsheet export (excel) or attachments name be updated to contain the row number(how it does for comments)? It will be very helpful for users to retrieve information from backup.
