# Auto Number
I have set a column up to use the # Auto Number the prefix and the format works however, instead of the Auto Number going up by 1 it is going up by 3. Example
Current Result Example: id00001, id00004, id00007.....
Desired Result Example: id00001, id00002, id00003.....
I have deleted the sheet and started from scratch, confirmed that the start number is 1, I am the only user to the sheet.
Can anyone assist with this issue?

Do you have any filters on the sheet? Also, how are you adding rows? Manual or via a form?
Are the row numbers consecutive but the Row IDs are jumping by 3?

The data coming in from the Data Shuttle... Is Data Shuttle pulling every row from the source file, or do you have filter built in there? Are you able to provide some screenshots of the Activity Log from when the Data Shuttle runs?

Pulling all rows from source file.
No filters on are being used in the source data or destination sheet.
I am only testing the data shuttle so I have only been running manually.

What about the activity log for the sheet?

Paul thank you for your assistance. I ended up giving up and rebuilt everything from scratch and that fixed the problem. Might have been a bug or something.
