Emojis to display correctly in PDF / Excel exports

We use emojis to denote task, activity, duration, project and other statuses, using emojis rather than the standard traffic lights to allow a greater choice of colours. For example, we use these different coloured emoji dots (🔘 🔴 🟠 🟡 🟢 🔵 🟣 ⚫️ ⚪️ 🟤) in a 'status' column that requires more than 4 different statuses (as provided by Smartsheet 'Symbols' in column preferences). When we come to export sheets and reports with these emojis, Smartsheet loses the colour and shape information, instead replacing all colours with a black outlined square.

Please can you make this change to allow emojis to replicate as on screen, in exported reports?
