It would be useful to be able to share a Template with other Smartsheet users. I created a template for offboarding and would like to share with with the rest of the organization.

If you place the Template in a Shared Workspace then your organization would have access to it 🙂

Thanks Genevience but this is not working. I have shared the workspace with 2 different users (as admin). One has a Smartsheet License, one has a collaborator license. Neither can see the template.
Can you confirm that they're looking into the correct Workspace?
Here's an example of what a Template looks like when it's in a Workspace. I'm only a Viewer in this Workspace but I can still see it, and actually create a version of that sheet! (As long as I put it in a different Workspace where I have higher permissions).

The 'Sheet' icon appears purple in the left navigation but blue within the sheet, creating inconsistency. Aligning icon colors across the platform would improve clarity and simplify user training. Please standardize the icon color to enhance user experience and reduce confusion during onboarding.
