Export input into a formatted form

Our current package lacks the dynamic and data shuffle features, and unfortunately, we're unable to invest in acquiring them at the moment. With that in mind, could you please advise on the most effective method to transform a submission input from a form into a visually appealing PDF for printing?

Hi @JonEric Eubanks,

Being in a similar situation I took screenshots of the Smartsheet form (with empty fields) and pasted them into a Word doc before saving as a PDF (not that you have to use this method, as you may already have a formatted form).

I then used Acrobat to add fields before saving again.

Finally, I went back into Smartsheet / Generate Document and matched the Smartsheet fields to the pdf I saved.

As an afterthought, I then created an automation to automatically generate this document and attach it to the row, ready for use. You could even email it as soon as it's generated.
