Update Sheet Summary with Automations

It would be very convenient if we were able to do update requests and cell changes via automation for the sheet summary section. Right now it's out on it's own and forced everything to be done manually. Limits the effectiveness of the tool.

For example, we keep "Status" in the sheet summary, and I want to be able to update the status with an automation when all tasks in the sheet are complete, etc.
