Issues with DDUpdate?

Hi SS Community,

Are any of you out there using ddupdate.com to support populating your dropdowns from a column in another sheet? Several people in my org are having trouble getting our payments to go through and are hearing nothing from the site. Is this just us or is it a wider problem with ddupdate?

Hi, our last payment went through successfully on 15th August and we haven't noticed any issues with DDUpdate functioning.

@JeremiahHorstick My payment went through, but I haven't been able to map a single relationship in the week since. I've completed multiple support request forms, and received no response. Can you address these please.

Hi, DDupdate doesn't support Smartsheet EU or Gov. Currently, only Default. We plan to support Smartsheet EU, along with a host of new features in Q2 2024.

DDUpdate's payment processor is Stripe. If your payment method doesn't work there's little to be done about it. (Stripe is the Gold Standard for Payment processors).

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are excited about our new release that is in the works, which will offer enterprise class resiliency and support as well.
