Does Dynamic View Create a new row?
I have a sheet that contains nurse credentials. Each nurse has access to their row on the sheet via Dynamic view. So when their credentials expire, they can go into Dynamic view and update the information. But when they do this, it creates a new row on the sheet. While I love having the history, it is also a distraction. have I set up Dynamic View incorrectly? Or is there something that I can do to hide/eliminate the old row?

Thanks for your confirmation. As it turns out, it is a user error. After your last response, I did a test by updating my own record. It did not create a duplicate on the sheet. With a little more investigation, it looks like some of the nurses are using the initial 'form' and re-entering updated data. This creates a new line on the sheet. (Re)Education will fix this. Thank you for the confirmation.
I wish I were going to Engage, I would have loved to meet you and go to one of your sessions.
Thanks again.

When they are entering their updated information, are they clicking on the button to add new, or are they opening the details panel and editing the existing data there?

They are entering the information in the details panel. In the settings I have it so they cannot add a new entry from the DV.

If they are updating the existing data in the details panel, then it should not be creating a new row. Do you have any automations built into the underlying sheet? Are you able to provide some screenshots for reference?
