Ability to export Utilization underlying data

Currently, any Utilization reports generated from Resource Management are only able to export high level data, and not any of the underlying data. The underlying data (such as utilization on a daily basis) is needed sometimes. Smartsheet support confirmed that the current Utilization report does not have an option to export the underlying data, while other report types do.
