Smartsheet formula not updating automatically

Hi,

I have a Smartsheet with formulas in columns. Whenever there is a change in the data, the formula is not running itself. I need to refresh the SS in order for the formula to run and update the column values. I am using SUMIF, COUNTIF and Contains functions.

Can anyone please advise on how to get this to run automatically?

Usually this would be caused by internet latency on your side

Can you confirm your upload/download speeds? (you can do this by searching for "internet speed test" and picking one of the top options)

Can you also confirm what browser you are using? Chrome is usually the best for smartsheet, but firefox work as well. explorer tends to have problems.
