Request an Update Automation



I have an Update Request going out on a quarterly basis to update a number of Providers in an Office. Basically it reads like this, ".. You are the designated point-of-contact for {{Office Name}}. Currently, your office shows your Provider Count as {{Active Provider Count}}. If this is correct, please disregard this update request, if it is not correct, please click "Open Request" and update the Provider Count Number... "

I have them disregarding the email if it's correct, but there is obvious room for error with this thinking because we could just have people who don't see/read the email and never update.

I testing replying with the same number and it didn't update or change the cell history.

Does the Update Request icon give any indicator other than complete? Does complete mean they opened and replied?
