Contact list field in form
How do I create a form with a drop down menu of a selection of contacts so that only the individual selected on the form will receive notification when a form has been submitted?

@TLFramhein you just need to make sure your contacts list is restricted, and you add the contacts to the list. Then the field will act like a selection field.
Then, in you automations, you select that column to send notifications to.

@Eric Law do you know if there is a way to have the contact list automatically updated from an outside source?

@thompson.mike10 What do you mean? Typically the contact list is selected by a person when filling out a row or the form since that is a targeted cell.

@Eric Law So for a Smartsheet form, I have a "Requestor Name" field that is a Contact List field type. I would like the dropdown list of contacts available to choose from on the form to be an employee contact list report that I have as a .csv. Ideally this contact list in Smartsheet would update whenever employee information is changed in that .csv file
