automation that sends alert of new fil to requester to requester does not work

Hi, I am a new Smartsheet user.

I am currently working on an automation.

The problem is that the automation of sending alerts with the complete information that the requester sends from a form does not work.

The problem is that the automation works except to a particular person, something to note is that to that person "triggers" no automation from smarsheet itself.

I tried giving editor permissions to the user, I tried creating a new automation just for him, I tried checking the subscription status of the automation, but nothing worked.

Hey @SGC beinst,

So this person is a part of a contacts column and when the automation triggers it will send the email to any other contact in the column but not to the particular contact? is this correct?

Is this contact outside your organization? did you check that the email is written correctly?

Can you send a screenshot of the whole automation please?
