The name of one of our departments changed from publications to editorial and the email for the department also changed.

How can we change the email associated with the Smartsheet licensed account? (Image below)Do we enter an alternate email? There is a complication here...

We have an unlicensed user account for [email protected]

If we delete the [email protected] user, could we then add that email to the licensed user?
