Resource Management: Improve alignment on schedule views

When multiple resources are added to a project on a recurring basis, each resource does not necessarily stay on the same row in the project's schedule view each week (one row may contain multiple names, with a specific name shown a different row each week) 

This can make it unnecessarily complex to review the schedule view.

It would be easier to interpret if each name was always shown on the same row (e.g. one row for John, one row for Fred, one row for Mary) instead of them being on a different row each week.

Where's the +1000000 button? This drives me absolutely nuts and agree that it is something that should be improved.
