When you receive a notification from of a mention @

Hello,

is there a way to add more information in the notification received by email when somebody is mentionning you in a comment.

Right now people only receive the info of the primary column, that is our invoice # + the message. But they would like to get the name of the customer that is in an other column.

and second question related

I saw i can add an attachement when i mention someone, but it's no adding it to the notification received. Is there a way to make it happen ?

As far as I can tell there is no method to add additional columns to the conversations.

A workaround might be to setup the comment and then use Send to email selected fields and comment (right click on the row and select Send).
