1 month after - automation

Is this automation setup correctly? Need an email to be sent out one month after using the dates that are in the column. These dates will be populated once someone submits a form. This email will have a smartsheet link for them to fill out a new form.

The trigger looks to be set up correctly. Is it not running?

@JenaW The trigger looks good to me. The only thing I would change would be to change it to a notification, instead of an update. An update will let the person change the fields of the sheet, instead of having them fill out a new form.

My suggestion would be to set up a temporary row and make sure you have a date in there that should trigger tomorrow (or today if you see this comment in time).
