How to create a task that starts when the project starts and ends when the project ends?

I have three oversight tasks for PM, Executive Sponsor, and Technical Director. I want them to start when the project starts, and end when the project ends. In MS project this was done by "anchoring," where I would copy and past the start date in the column, and then if the start date that was originally copied was changed, then the date that was pasted would change too. Is there a way to do this in smartsheets?
