On using the schedule view, allow a rolled-up view of effort per project, rather than limiting this to a view by task. With users who are working on multiple projects at one time, the current view becomes a mess and is difficult to follow

This has many potential use cases, but one I could see is adding users to Smartsheet groups when the are added to a 'roster sheet' in Smartsheet.
