Hi @HZAR
In the Mapping part of the workflow, is it possible that you used the +Add a new column button to create a column in the destination sheet instead of using the dropdown list to find that column?
The error message you're seeing will occur if there are two Sheet Columns with the same name:
Does that help?

I have added as per suggested but still given me the error when want to save the workflow

Hi @HZAR
My apologies for not being clear - the suggestion is to make sure you have not added a column, but instead are using the one that already exists in the sheet.
Did you click "+add a new column" or are you using one that exists?

Hi @Genevieve P.
Even I am facing same issue as HZAR and I checked all your suggestions and I vent used add new column feature and my destination sheet does not have any duplicate columns and even mapping does not have duplicate column names from sheet. Can you please help me with this? -
Hi @Pranav M
Instead of Adding a column, the workflow should already find the column name and then you select it from the dropdown. Is this what you're doing?
If you're still having trouble, you can contact Smartsheet Support with a screen recording showing the mapping and both files (source and destination). They can troubleshoot with you in a private channel. 🙂

Hello @Genevieve P.:
I am also coming across the same issue. The columns are pre-existing within the target sheet, the corresponding names were selected during the mapping step, and I am receiving the "One or more of the columns in your target sheet are out of date. Please refresh your mapping to retrieve the latest column details." error message. Any recommendations?
Thank you! -
To follow up, I noted that having empty "Sheet Column" text boxes may contribute to the issue. After ensuring all empty fields were selected, I named the workflow; however after saving I received a separate error (An unexpected error occurred. Please contact support if the problem persists.). Is Smartsheet possibly undergoing maintenance?

Were you able to get this resolved?
If you're still seeing a generic error telling you to contact Support, I would recommend capturing a screen recording and submitting this in the Support Portal along with the sheet URL and a copy of your external file. Thanks!
