Automations. This is the hidden superpower of Smartsheets. I know everyone thinks of Smartsheet as a Project Management platform, but it's not really. It's a Workflow Management platform - and the way it gets that done is with all the custom automations. It just so happens the workflow it's best known for is Project Management, but that's far from it's limits.

The SmartSheet function I am most grateful for is the ability to have is the automations function. I use that in EVERY single sheet and workbook I have created. My second vote is for the extensive template library. :)

I'm thankful for automation and also the ability to push data to other sheets through linking. This saves me a ton of time and effort with not having to copy and paste and then forward the information on to the recipients that need it most.

The automation tools give me the ability to empower others to review and use the data they need, when they need it, and I'm not stuck on a to-do list of having to run reports or make updates to data before sending it out to a broader audience.

On feature I am most thankful for is when I update a sheet or field name, the automations are updated as well! It makes updating my solutions even more efficient! As a bonus gratitude, I am thankful for the cell history feature, it has come to my rescue on many occasions!

I love everything but also the wrap up feature for PM usage, being able to utilize the most recent comment tab- i enjoy the automations for people to get reminders and notifications when items are needed- Being able to use the request update functionality has decreased the amount of emails and follows i have to send out
