Visually demonstrate delay

When doing presentations its critical to be able to visually communicate delay. Currently in Smartsheet we can turn on the baseline to see planned vs actual however it is very limited i.e no ability to change the colour of the baseline, show durations of delay with an arrow etc.

To be able to compare activities from one schedule to another and visualize the delay would be such a game changer for consultants and would open up this software to a much larger audience. Currently we find ourselves using several types of software to achieve what we need.
