Creating a Portfolio Dashboard with existing workspaces

I need help creating a specific Portfolio Dashboard that collects information from workspaces for projects that already exist.

I don't want to change our current reporting but be able to have a separate dashboard that reports on these specific projects, drawing in risks, RAG status etc from their current workspaces.

Has anyone done this before either manually or using control center and are they able to offer some advise/assistance?

Check out the template in the template center called "simple project portfolio" its a good example of how to use a metrics sheet and pull all of that info onto a Portfolio Dashboard. This video from one of our Smartsheet partners might help you with your setup
