about update requests to several people

I don't know how to deal with this question.

when the user submitted a form , then request was set to send several people to update few fields of the form. and when any one of these people updated it , then others doesn't need to updated it.

and we need to know how updated it.

But i can find the way to delete or deny others people's not executed tasks.

What's the best practice?

I am answering the "we need to know how updated it" part.😀

The demo solution below copies rows when the rows are added or changed to another sheet, Update Record Sheet.

You can group the report of the Update Record Sheet using the auto number or task name (if the name is unique. In the demo, we used the auto number, Row ID).

This way, you know how rows are updated.

As for the latter part, "the way to delete or deny other people's not executed tasks," though I am not very sure what you meant by this, you may accomplish this by having a report filter that shows only when the current user = Modified By.😅
