Why are my workflow notifications not coming over as my name via Smartsheet?
I have my automated workflows set up to "send from triggering user." However, I have made a few updates, as well as others who have triggered the workflow, and the workflows show in email as from "Smartsheet Automation" instead of from "triggering user name via Smartsheet". I have been playing around with it but can't figure out how to fix it so that it shows the name of the triggering user in the email notification.

You can customize by the "Send from" dropdown in the "Customise message" menu.😀
The image below shows that the replying address is the triggering user's email address. (demo cloudsmart, at the bottom.
