Set default timezone for Folders

I am managing about a thousand employees spanned across the US. All of these users are in 1 workspace, distributed into folders for each region.

The idea is to set folder level default properties for time zone. Many times a user logs in and is defaulted to the incorrect time-zone because the laptop they're using has properties from another region. This is all managed through AD, and the user cannot change their default time-zone locally.

If Smartsheet had the ability to set default time-zone per folder, it would simplify the process of training 1000+ users on how to update their time zone via Smartsheet.
