Generate Documents or Document created from document builder and Send to specific contacts are samples.

Is there a way, without getting additional subscription, to prevent this from happening?

Did you try selecting the option "Include Recipients & Permissions settings"?

I did, the documents are being removed and automations are being deactivated -
