Document Builder - custom name for each file?

Is there any update on the document builder being able to custom name each file on output? Seems like this one is a high request and wanted to see if there is any progress?

Thanks,

Kelly

You can drag and drop one of the column headers to the "output document name" section when you set up your mapping.

Thank you but I would like to be able to customize like you can with an alert message, such as:

    • To create placeholders and further customize the message, use braces: {{Task Name}}.

This will pull the column header but include the specific ID for that row the document is being generated.

Example: if the Column header is labeled as ID# and the row I am creating the document is ID# ABC123 that is what I want the PDF name to be when it saves or ABC123.pdf.

    Thank you,

    Kelly

    Hi @Kelly R.

I hope you're well and safe!

You can add a so-called helper column with a formula to create your naming convention.

    Make sense?

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
