Form auto-sent to inbox with autoreply ticket email. Can that email get back to form submitter?
I created a form that is filled out and submitted by a wide range of internal users that includes their email address. Once submitted the form auto-sends to an IT support inbox in Outlook that immediately sends an autoreply with a ticket number related email. Is there a way to have that autoreply go directly to the email of the person that submitted the original form?

Hi Chris,
So I understand, you have used a form to collect information which once in your sheet triggers a workflow that sends a notification to your IT support team. Then when received IT outlook, sends an automated reply with a ticket number.
If so, where does this automated reply go? A sheet (in this case the sender) cannot receive a direct email.
Cheers.
Cheers.
