Template for resource allocation

Hi,

I'm trying to create something that will show how many projects are currently in process for an employee and, when her next availability will be to start a new project. She can only have 3 projects going on at a time and each project takes approximately 1 month.

That sounds like exactly what Resource Management is built for 🙂

Once you have the Projects and assignments set up, you could use the People View to check out each person's capacity. Here's more information: Resource Management navigating the schedule
