Document Builder Docusign Error

Hello - I need assistance troubleshooting this error. Any advise will help. Thank you!

That error appears if the account you're currently logged into on Document Builder does not have access permissions to that template in DocuSign.
Please try the following:
- Log out of Docusign on Document Builder from the Create A New Mapping window
- Log back in to Docusign on Document Builder, taking note of the account/username/password used
- In a private/incognito window, log in to Docusign using the exact same account/username/password as in step 2
- Staying in the private window per step 3, make sure that the current login has *edit* access to the template
