Document Builder Docusign Error

    Hi @Mallory M.

    That error appears if the account you're currently logged into on Document Builder does not have access permissions to that template in DocuSign.

    Please try the following:

    1. Log out of Docusign on Document Builder from the Create A New Mapping window
    2. Log back in to Docusign on Document Builder, taking note of the account/username/password used
    3. In a private/incognito window, log in to Docusign using the exact same account/username/password as in step 2
    4. Staying in the private window per step 3, make sure that the current login has *edit* access to the template
