How can I filter reports above 2 levels?

I can't find a way to filter reports above 2 levels. Will Smartsheet release a version with 3 or more filter levels? When's the release? What will be the new level limit? Any other suggestions until then, other than adding column(s) on the source sheet to do the extra filters? Thank you so much. :)
