Document Builder Not Opening

This was under a different thread, but as I kept investigating, I figured out it is related to local settings.

When I start the document builder it faults out with:

However, it works fine on my Surface GO. This leads me to point to some sort of settings and browser control. All pop-ups are allowed, and all cookies are allowed.

What setting could be preventing Document Builder from opening?

I even listed [*.]smartsheet.com as a "Trusted Site"

Hi @rwcanary99

Are you able to open Document Builder in an Incognito or private window in the same browser? If so, this would indicate an issue with the cache/cookies and clearing these should resolve the issue. (Here's more information).

Another thing to check is if it's happening across all sheets in your account or just this one specific sheet.

If it's all sheets, I would suggest opening a ticket with Smartsheet Support, providing them with the details you found above.

Yes it opens in private mode.

I agree it is a setting somewhere that prevents this from working in open mode.
