Current Plan: Free

Hello!

My trial expired and my current plan is free now. I have clarifications:

1. If I attach files on a sheet that is not owned by me, can I do it or is there a limitation.
2. Can I create a dashboard?
3. Can I create a report from a sheet that is not owned by me and it is just shared to me.

Do we have a summary of the things I can do with a current free plan?
