Include Help Text on Form Submission Copy
My organization currently has a site visit assessment form. Many questions on this form are too long for the sheet column headers, so the columns are just labeled Question 1, Question 2, etc. The actual question is then put in the "Help Text" field on the form.
Many leaders who fill out this form opt to receive a copy of their responses. However, when they do this, the help text does not come through on the copy. Is there any way to include that text in the submission copy?

Hi @kelceyg
I hope you're well and safe!
You could add an automated alert that submits for each submission, and that could include more information.
Make sense?
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Our form is quite large with quite a bit of logic built in. Is there a character limit to the message? I am assuming we will have to send them all of the questions, not just the questions they answered (so they would see questions that they possible didn't answer based on the logic.)

If each description is less than 4,000 characters...
You can add a series of helper columns (can be hidden after setting up). Each column would have a column formula that is basically
="Question 1 text yadda yadda yadda"
Then you would include another checkbox and contact type column in the form. You would have them check this box and enter their email if they want to request a copy. Then you would set up an automation and use {{Placeholders}} in the body of the message.

There's a limit on each cell of 4000 characters, so as long as it's not more than that, you should be ok.
You can set it up to only include the questions that were answered. It can get complicated, and there are multiple ways to structure it. You could use groups, and as long as one question in the group is answered, it would be included.
