Document Builder and Automation

Is there a way to generate a specific PDF using automation based on specific criteria? I have 3 documents that would need to be used depending on the department that uses them. Can this be done using automation using conditions?

I'd recommend using the Condition Path feature and adding three different paths.

Yes, you can configure the workflow to trigger specific templates in Document Builder, depending on the department or something else.
