Control Center Assets Clarification

We are currently building an extensive template/toolkit to be used in a Control Center multi-tier program and I am concerned with the asset limitation of 90 assets (see picture).

My question is, does CC count folders and subfolders as an "asset" or just sheets, reports, and dashboards?

Folders don't count. Only the smartsheet assets (sheets, reports, and dashboards)
