Compliance with DocuSign character limits

When using Document builder to generate a DocuSign Smartsheet does not follow the character limits that are set in the DocuSign template. This causing a formatting nightmare for programs where a particular mapped call could be one line of text, or 20 lines of text. The only workaround that I can find is to create helper columns to shorten text from our intake sheet to the character limit, but with 392 columns on my intake sheet I can't afford to have 6 additional helper columns. This is easily solved with the DocuSign character limits for the text box, is Smartsheet could abide by these.
