Weekly completion running report

Hello, I am trying to create a report for our operations teams to track how many assignments they complete from M-F & then have the report reset on the following Monday. I had previously set up their metrics report using the "In the last _ days" filter, but that is inadequate for them since they want to see their weekly progress instead of rollover progress from the week prior & some progress made in the new week. I am currently basing the report on when a project is confirmed and that populates a date column which is what the report uses.

You could have the report auto emailed every week say on Friday at 11pm either in excel or PDF format for historical records. In the report go to file, send as attachment. Steps here

There are ways to "snapshot" and trend the data but it can be more complex with things like a move row automation, DataMesh, or Data Shuttle.

Thanks for the insight, I was already aware of the email but it seems impractical, however, I am interested in how to snapshot with the move row automation. Do you have more info on how to do this?
