Can't find my cvs files with offload data shuttle

I'm doing an offload data shuttle. When i run it, it runs with a green check box with a date and hour. I can see the number of row filtered, but all the rest is at 0.

When i go to my target sheet where i select to put my file, there is no file.

i tried to change my target sheet, change my name file, did another since the beginning.. still don'T have this cvs file. in my target sheet.

Can you help please, i don't get my mistake

It looks to me like the filter is getting rid of all rows. If there are no rows left to export, the data shuttle won't create a blank csv file.
