Hi,

Going back on this subject, is there a way to do an automation with a condition on the parent row that could transferred to another sheet together with the child row. I would like to set a condition were the automation look at these conditions and transfer when a date is added rather than a check box. for example, on our contract system we chose a transaction action. These transaction actions identify the status of these contract, for example; I means Initial and F means Final. I've try setting the automation to look at the child's row transaction action (F) and Balance liability to $0.00 when fully paid plus date envelope created for signature but this did not work. see below and let me know if this is possible rather than the check box I've added.
