Can we add a banner to our Smartsheets?

We need to add a standardized banner-like message to all of our Smartsheets. Similar to how our logo is set up. Between the logo on the left side and the Search field on the right, I need to add a standard message. Is that space available to use for additional branding requirements? If not, can we alter our logo and add the message to the logo? How much space in that top bar is available for the logo?

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, this is not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a standard addition to the way we brand our Smartsheets. All users in our organization would have the same look of their Smartsheet, including the message that I need to embed in the very top bar.
